   Sweet pepper is the most disappointing vegetable (yes, I know it’s a fruit).

     @jeremy I mean, peppers for people who are like, “boo hoo, it’s too hot” already exist. Jalapeños and shit. Can just use those?

     @pseudomonas probably the best use for it tbh.

     It’s marginally less dismal than carrot for dipping in hummus, so there’s that too.

     @goatsarah it has its place, mainly as a vehicle for smoking. Smoked paprika is an important ingredient.
