   Wow, I do not recognize Kristen Wiig at all in her current hairstyle. It's like her entire face changed, just from that change in frame.

   I had to go back and look at some older clips and yep, I do recognize her when her hair is tied.

   Remarkable how such a seemingly small change can throw the whole pattern recognition machinery off.
