   I'm rarely. I actually like talking about my tattoos, but I find it really disappointing if I explain a tattoo to somebody and they don't get it. So a lot of times I'll just wave them off and say like "they're nice shapes" or whatever.

     I usually don't ask strangers about their tattoos, but once I'm acquainted with someone, I like finding out. Usually it's a good story.

     @evan I have two Norse mythology tattoos — one of Odin’s ravens and Mjolnir on the inside of my left and right forearms respectively

     @evan my wife has been bit by the tattoo bug in recent years. I’ve been tattoo curious as it were.

     @rlounsbury that'd be a good tattoo. I think a live oak has a big crown spread and would work better on a square patch of skin , though. Have you talked to an artist yet?

     @evan I’ve thought about a lone tree running up my arm. I’ve not decided the species yet. Likely an oak,
     coastal redwood, or shore pine.
