     @bleedingphoenix @supersid333 for me lycoreco was fun until the weird Institute backstory and the joker wannabe character showed up.
     
     And even then the fights were cool but the bad guy rambled off some 'system' bs and then admitted to being a hyper contrarion who wanted to go against whatever was popular.

     @rhyse @supersid333 I did not care for Majima's ideals or the overarching theme of the status quo the anime felt it was smart enough to tackle. I did like him as a villain, especially in the final episode where they take a break mid-fight and he just shares a drink with Chisato. he was cool and much better than the fags the leads were working with.

     @supersid333 Japan Secret Police. the Lycoris are orphaned girls raised by a secret government agency to keep Japan safe. the first half of the show was them going on missions from their cover as a coffee shop, and the later half was a bunch of drama and a plot to expose the agency to the world. it was fun for that first half but there's some poz because of American influences. everyone was excited because it was shaping up to be the next Gunsmith Cats but they fumbled the ball.

     There's little I want from a new anime other than a reboot of LycoReco with just the girls. no fag handlers, no larger conspiracy. just stick to premise and have Chisato and Takina go on missions together. also keep the soundtrack, it was great.
