     When Catholics fast they don't eat meat. When I fast I don't eat anything. I am more Catholic than Catholics.

     @alex It's not called a fast though. It's abstaining from eating meat on Fridays and holy days during lent. Some catholics abstain from eating meat on Friday year round also.
