Mind, the terms of service forbid sharing a broad class of sexually explicit content. (But they allow inciting violence as long as it's not "specific" acts of violence, because they're more keen on people getting hurt than people having fun.) -

Personally I stopped using Google Drive for most things in like 2015 because it was really dang slow when a document got to like 20 pages long. (Maybe just in Firefox, but I was using Firefox.) Instead I made a macro language to write fiction in. SSH lets me work on documents remotely, and I use git for backups.
