     @dansup Ouch!! 🚩🚩🚩Red flags all around. If people IRL can tell you need a break then you're already way past burn out.

     Advise from someone with experience and too many people around me burning out wildly: take a week (7 full days) off without checking in, on anything online. Think about your priorities and ask yourself: "am I okay?"

     It pains me but.. to me, you don't sound okay.
     There's no marathon, nothing to win. Nothing but your actual mental and physical health.
