     @GluedToTheScreen It's not really yogurt.

     I've followed Davis (heart doctor) for 12 years, no wheat. This is why I can be so boisterous without having tried it yet.

     I haven't tried the yogurt yet. It's supposedly miracle food.

     I've never been a big yogurt fan, though I don't hate it...
