   We have it easy out here. They have to make the tax payments for five years. No one does that.

     Reading the requirements for adverse possession, there is no way those freaks are making the property better (making significant repairs or improving it's aintenace) for 2-30 years (depends on the state).
     
     @Humpleupagus you're the legal beagle, how do smelly hippies and niggers possibly make this happen? I'm assuming judges are just completely ignoring the requirements.
