     @KydiaMusic I‘m looking for „working“ - „not working“ to see if I reach my 40 hours a week.

     If it could also automatically count just the Mail App and Teams as work time on the phone that would be neat, but other than manually turning it off and on is fine.

     What kind of time tracking are you looking for? My iPhone 14 has built-in time tracking. I just swipe right on my first home screen and it’s there at the bottom to click on and expand, with a breakdown of how much time is spent on which apps.

     Or are you wanting something else?
