   @chjara@akko.wtf Also, US attempted to disrupt agriculture via cloud seeding during the Vietnam war. Later, UN passed a convention that bans weather modification because of that. As a UN member, it got written into the US laws.
   
   That was the actual history. Then there are also conspiracy theorists who cite the US laws as evidence that governments can literally control the weather to create tornadoes and hurricanes, using tech originally invented by Nikola Tesla. :blobcatfacepalm:
