   My weight can typically swing about 5lbs in either direction due to water weight fluctuation over a 2 day period. Its making it tricky to track my weight loss.

     @freemo maybe something moving average? would of course require taking weight multiple times so might not be feasible

     @bonifartius ultimately a long-term trend is what i have to rely on. A rolling average wont really solve that as it still presents a lag by nature.

     I recall my friend had a WiFi connected scales from Xiaomi (~8 years ago), and somehow got that on his phone as a trend.
