When the international network bandwidth's so low that nobody downloads software from official websites, you can easily create a malware paradise with all sorts of repackaged software (even operation system images) bundled with adware and malware from various download sites.

     @niconiconi @ezio I'd imagine this makes Linux even more of a security benefit than Windows over there compared to here, especially if you're just sticking with vendor provided packages.
