     Yeah same here. That's the least annoying symptom. Worse thing is if I stare at something the texture of the object will start to warp and distort.

     I do experience a lot of visual hallucinations but I'm trying to imagine what hallucination visual snow would be different from this

     @eris @Arcana @dushman this is a different thing that I also have, along with tinnitus and also (sometimes, when I'm having an episode) hallucinations (they haven't been too severe yet at least)

     @nyx @Arcana @dushman my hallucinations are weird, but I think mine come from BPD more than HPPD. like I'll hear whispering in my ear, I'll see signs with phrases directed to me that'll change if I look again, I'll see people that disappear. It's wild
