   @morothar I feel you. I am in the process of removing my facial hair for my own sake, but I have a number of similar markers that cause people to default to "man" with me. I'm not in HRT and I have pretty strong upper body muscles, so unless I wear a push-up bra to create the illusion of boobs big enough to match my chest and shoulders, strangers default me to man. And I have a decent femme voice but I don't often deploy it because I'm self conscious. The #nonbinary struggle is real.

     @glowl @morothar they do but relatively fewer of them are boobless without them, and even fewer are that way while also having the shoulders and arms I do. Plus I haven't yet had all my facial hair removed so unless I have foundation on, you can see the shadow on my lip. It's all a probability game brains were trained into quickly.

     @glowl @morothar in my case, electrolysis is covered but not laser. And after electro, you can't wear foundation for days while you heal. Also, you have to give them 2-4 days of growth for each session. So I'm periodically a hot mess.

     @roadriverrail @morothar i know, going through the laser epi hassle myself at the moment.

     and i have really annoying thick dark hair really visible and i don't have the energy to get myself into learning makeup things. but on the bright side, laser should work well on thes scrubby buggers.
