   @alex @JessTheUnstill It is, but this isn't the main case behind the issue. The big problem is houses that are supposedly for sale or for rent but with ridiculous prices, owned by people or companies with more houses than they have fingers.

     @JessTheUnstill there is a house near me that the owners have been trying to clear out since they inherited it. No one has lived there for over 8 years. Such a waste.
