     I agree that we've been brainwashed on some milk-products (those with sugar) but I also don't believe we can get enough nutrients strictly from plants.

     I think one of our big mistakes was scaring adults away from milk products (as fatty or cruel) without coming up with other microbe laden foods like in Japan for eg.
