     Reason number 4: I work in IT and twice a year, at multiple companies, test suites fail because of DST and the complications it introduces. It also makes it possible to have both ambiguous times and impossible times. This also causes legal issues with contractual obligations. Fun!

     @Hathor The @EU_Commission has done what it can. It proposed to end DST. The EP agreed. Now all that remains is for the countries and the European Council to agree on exactly *how* to end it.

     @VeryBadLlama "But the farmers" folks have never actually talked to a farmer before. Cows don't care what time the clock says, they demand to be fed and milked at the same time as yesterday.
