     Sure the proprietary software companies are winning, as they don't even need to pay many programmers any more to write the proprietary malware - the volunteers line up to write it, even though it's going to be used in yet another attack against the human race.
     
     The fact that you resort to name calling rather than legitimate criticism of perceived failures, makes it seem like the AGPLv3 and GPLv3 are the licenses that are actually winning and giving freedom.
