   @romin @porkcow @RehnSturm256 i think the writer absolutely refused to retcon that death, or circumvent it, so they've unofficially agreed to just forever make prequels now.

     @porkcow I think it’s ridiculous we live in a time where we have overpriced Final Fantasy 7 and Persona 3 “Remakes” that are arguably inferior to the originals :gura_pain: what a wasted time of development

     So I guess I'd be paying $70 for a $40 style game that isn't even a remake of the middle third of Final Fantasy 7. And I don't feel like playing the original because turn-based games are even gayer. What and why is anything? Why are Biggs and Wedge and Aerith and Crisis Core alive? Why are there timelines and fate ghosts in my vending machine sword game? I hate videogames and I cannot wait for the Atari crash part 2.
     
     I'm an idiot with a PS5 and no games. You warned me and I didn't listen.
