@karolherbst I thought it supported musl, but now I checked the patches directory in OpenEmbedded and... oh well:

musl should just suck it up and add non posix extensions if they are useful, meaning: if they are used and no direct replacement exists.
And no, "I have to copy this wrapper function" is _not_ a replacement.
