     Do you have a link to the report pls ?

     Passed by the "recycling booth" shutting down at 5pm the other day. I guess thry close before everybody finishes work so they dont collect too much.

     I'm reading a report on polystyrene recycling in HK (we don't, many places don't) and the three Rs of waste management have now become four Rs:
     - Reduce
     - Reuse
     - Recycle
     - Recover, which means that burning trash and recovering energy is at least better than putting all of it in the landfill

     It feels pretty desperate to put that fourth R in there.
