   Diary of an ASD Squirrel. Day 129 , Tuesday 05/03/2024

   TL:DR just a typical day.

   Went for a walk after breakfast, just a couple of km - but quite tiring even so.

   Chores done, then started a quest on ESO for some special goodies.

   Checked with the Psychiatry mob about my assessment- everything is on track , I just have to be patient apparently.

   I’ve been on my own for much of the day , which was so nice !

   Of course there were triggers when she got back , but nothing a stiff rum couldn’t deal with.

   Final Thoughts.

   I want to be more active, but after last time I know I have to take it easy.

   Thank you to all those who are helping me on this journey, in a myriad different ways. I am thankful to each & every one of you! 🫂 🫶🐿️🖖

     Hm, maybe not engage with the mob so much.
     The mob is trigger-happy, as we've all known since the 1920's. 😏
