   @BigTittyBimbo For me, that's half the problem.

   The other half is... How slow it is...

   When I fire up a skillet and start throwing things into it, I can immediately see SOME results.

   With dough it's like

   "Okay so you punch this sticky mass until it becomes less sticky, then you wait for their highness to have a good rest before the next stage where absolutely nothing happens"

     There's one thing in cooking that's my greatest weakness.

     Dough.

     I hate making dough. Be it for desserts, pasta, dumplings, bread, pizza...

     I do not like making dough, not one bit Q_Q
