   wonder how quickly i'd be able to learn this steno keyboard if i bothered to try hard :comfywoozy: i've kind of just not been doing it. it's not really different from learning a new keymap and i've done that a time or two.

     @picofarad yeah i kind of want to learn gregg shorthand and machine steno. though i am not likely to ever need to hand write things :blobcatpensive:
     
     for this i just have to put in the time and i'm just kind of meh towards going through that whole suffering process. kinda like i wanted to be able to sketch but its hard to find the will to go through the suffering period, esp. as the front fell off art and its being automated away now

     @icedquinn my mom had a shorthand schoolbook or two but never let me read them - which i get. WIsh they were still around, i like old books.

     I haven't learned a new keymap ever and as cool as the steno looks i can't even manage CW at all - that's just one key
