   @ryanhoulihan That would screw most government jobs, especially in the .edu realm. They open jobs for a least a month to accept applicants, and then the screen process can take another month, then interviews.. It's crazy how long it takes.

     @ryanhoulihan Have you ever applied to any job in Hawaii? Long long wait. First, to hear back. Second, to get a response between interview one and interview two, etc. Painful!!

     @ryanhoulihan i had applied to adjacent depts to mine and i never heard back a damn thing -- depts that i still work with -- 2 years later
