@not_benis Although Alpine is a BusyBox/Linux distro, you can only compile it with GNU software, including, but not limited to GCC and its own wiki admits that you need to install GNU software to do anything normally.
BusyBox was also only really written to be an imitator of GNU's tool software, although it falls short in many ways and GNU isn't just tool software.
I was born a freedom enjoyer, although it took me too long to realize.
