I think it's because people in the third world are generally really fucking stupid, and have no access to information (at least in countries that don't speak English), and have no principles and no concept of freedom, so they are less of a threat. They are also far away from the places and people that are important to the world government. The Jew specifically hates the white race because it's the race that they consider to be the biggest threat, the one with the biggest history of opposing them and their schemes. Everyone else, they consider too stupid to be a threat, or too complacent and basically bred for slavery in the case of Asia in general.
