     @DW2 @SuperLutheran Anybody got that old 4chan thread by the guy with the "elite" parent? He basically said what we suspected: The old breed of zog puppeteers were smarter, more capable, but they too had boomer children who utterly dropped the ball. His dad was all in on some silly feminist egalitarian book, zero idea of what could possibly go wrong

     @SuperLutheran I think Myles made a good point recently when he said these people largely buy their own bullshit. They really do think they’ll be able to force austerity and misery on most of us while keeping their pristine enclaves.

     @SuperLutheran the higher you go up the ladder, the more doubt probably creeps in. Like the Paul Singers and Haim Sabans of the world probably realize to some extent that things aren‘t going great. Whether they can bring themselves to admit neoliberalism has failed though, I’m skeptical
