     @Aviz I hear the job boards will keep listings up for months after they're closed by the employer to make their results look better

     @deprecated_ii Sometimes i wonder what percentage of online job listings are made up, bots just trying to make the site look busy.
     
     Has to be a lot, the level to which you are ignored on these sites doesn't feel natural.

     @Aviz @deprecated_ii A lot I reckon. Some positions have high turnover or industry churn and they know they can put a position for [SALES] up and get somebody who will takeover or get a resume for future openings. Also the really BS underpaid jobs are used to get H1Bs
