     @EnnaComa what I love is when you go to the automated system and it asks for you to give it all the info .. and then when it can't help you it transfers you to a human .. who asks you for the same info.

     @sickburnbro wait until they find out that the more technology gave you control and options, it gave you equally more convoluted, circuitous, and unnecessary sysyems. Compounded by bureaucratic oversight, mandates and codes; what used to be a phone call to a competent human is now automated systems requiring every bit of information about you, with no wiggle room for humanity or changes to itinerary (on your end) but endless seas of horseshit to navigate and the only lifeline is Ramu Kaka.
