Low in fermentation derived chemicals and kept refrigerated to prevent further fermentation. It's incredibly low on the carcinogen list. -

Spitless and fairly "clean" and nothing artificial except perhaps the flavoring. They do sell it in the states BTW. Way less carcinogens, but it does make your breath a bit stanky. On the plus side, I found it easy to quit when I used it, since it slow releases when swallowed. -
