This guy publishes videos of himself playing piano for old elephants.
I love the internet. And I love people. In spite of everything, I truly do.

It's not a bad performance of the Moonlight. I could only hope to sound half as good playing an upright outdoors! He gets some real music out of it — which is no easy feat under the conditions. And the elephant seems to agree, just vibing with it.
@ludicity I have seen it, and it’s a remarkable film — for the story it tells, and also for its storytelling technique. Many details were a little bollixing for a USian with very little context (Where is this? Who are these people again? Why are there elephants?! Is this…gov? NGO? volunteers? just normal local life…? Huh??), but the film’s total, single-minded focus on the human-elephant relationship is compelling in a way that all that context would probably have spoiled.
@inthehands My girlfriend, a vet, introduced me to a very wholesome show called The Elephant Whisperers that I think you'd love.
It also comes up very infrequently because I am not an exemplar of Indian culture, but the two main subjects of the film remind me of my grandparents, which is nice!
