   The sad thing is, i think people at the end of the left and right political spectrum will refuse to listen to the Tucker/Putin interview as it is threatening to their world views.
   As a student of world affairs and geopolitics, however, I found it fascinating.

     @ruralbbqdude saw only the hot takes but hope to digest the 2-hour interview tonight. TBH some of what he said about the events are not far off from what some SEA geopolitical analysts have said. But the US reaction is very telling but unsurprising. I am suspicious of Putin's interpretation of Russian history so i will probably try to get an actually take from a Russian historian. Also would be watching some Russian Youtubers' POV to see how they react, especially those that are not pro-putin.

     @CommonMugwort i haven't seen the entire thing but can say that some part of what Putin said about how the origins of thr Ukraine war is echoed by some geopolitical commentators in South East Asia. I have to say a lot of the things Putin said is not new to me and have to say I am more interested in how the US peoplebare reacting.

     @liztai no, I take you at your word. I’m sure it is fascinating - for several reasons - but there’s no way I’ll watch it. I very rarely watch interviews, and never with people I find creepy.
     I would be interested to to know what you gleaned from it, if that is something you want to do.
