   my vision is simple on this matter: I can't stand LinkedIn, and while I see lots of people saying the same, 90% of all bios, including Mastodon, looks like a LinkedIn profile.

   E.g., I just checked yours, and had I not known you already, I could not infer who you are from that. Yes, I see we have a couple things in common from the hashtags, but no real insights on the person. I guess I've grown tired of the 'business card' bio, which I participated to until a while ago.

     Inspired by @m2m , I started making changes to the ways I present myself on my website and the internet in general. So, I have a new bio on Mastodon, and new wording on my website’s home page. It’ll be a long process, but #DeBranding is good
