     I'd think the same, but it's a German S-Bahn that does not have 230V sockets (or any sockets at all). so they must have a large power bank :SagaHmm:

     Cannot boost cause no alt-text, but my guess is, they have just acquired these things and are on a long ride home with plugs available. I probably would too.
