   Durch einen anderen Tröt gerade ist mir irgendwie sehr klar geworden, dass ich vor einem Jahr mit Mühe geschafft habe, unter 2000kcal am Tag zu bleiben um nicht zuzunehmen.
   Heute versuche ich mit Mühe so viele Kalorien zu mir zu nehmen, dass ich nicht weiter abnehme. Heute Morgen war ich 1,5kg unter meinem Zielgewicht. Mal wieder.
