   @thomasfuchs does your server have a space for the mods to discuss? I find that's key, but it can certainly be exhausting. I don't know of a space specifically for this, but part of the challenge is needing to keep the decompression about the moderation private from the people who needed to be moderated or else you would get a drama vortex.

     More low level: do you have support from the owner? the other mods? That's all that matters.
     There will always be others that complain, rule lawyer. and scream abuse. Let em. They'll get tuckered out eventually
