We have a thing for that: http://demo.fedilist.com/instance/freespeechextremist.com . If you check under "Crawling Info", it has:

The status changes page has an RSS feed you can use, too, but FSE being down for less than an hour or so, the transition doesn't show up. (To account for network fuzziness, instances are only marked "down" if they meet a threshold for both time and number of attempts.) In conversation permalink -

If you have a moment for a dumb question, what is the best way to figure out which instances do not federate with FSE?In conversation permalink pistolero :thispersondoesnotexist: likes this. -

Not a dumb question at all, but unfortunately a question with no really easy answer. You might notice under the "Federation Info" section of the fedilist page are two links labeled "Incoming Blocks" (servers blocking FSE) and "Outgoing Blocks" (servers blocked by FSE). Those point to the FBA service @mint runs: https://fba.ryona.agency/?domain=freespeechextremist.com . It's not perfect because a lot of the instances do not disclose their blocks, but it is more or less accurate. In conversation permalink Attachments
