As I mentioned in libranet.de/display/0b6b25a8-1… I've reached a floor on my weight loss and I need to carefully dial up efforts a bit.
I've been a bit extra careful with my eating these last two weeks and I'm right back on my weight floor, rather than hovering 1–2 kg above it. If I can stay here and add a little bit of swimming exercise I hope I can get back to where I was 20 years ago, just 2 kg lower than this. At that point I'll be happy to just hold that weight for a while, but my final target is 2-3 kg further down, my pre-uni weight.
