   Drought in Western Canada impacting hydropower production as reservoirs run low

   Both B.C. and Manitoba, where the vast majority of power is hydroelectric, are experiencing low reservoir levels that have negatively affected electricity production this fall and winter.

     Hey there,

     How about the impact on #nuclear reactors in the region?

     We all read about the cooling-water issues of the #ZPP after the dam in eastern#Ukraine was destroyed by explosives.

     Some might have read about the pitiful state of the #French #NuclearPowerPlants last summer.

     And most of us remember what happened in #Fukushima.

     So, how about cooling water 💧 for #NPP|s in #NorthAmerica in the medium term?
