Whole-grain mustard is the best kind of mustard.
I had always preferred unique varieties of mustard to the gross bright yellow stuff, but after having this I don't think I can eat any other kind of mustard anymore.
It's basically mustard seed, water, and vinegar. I'm going to try to make some this year. How hard could it be?

@Moon I don't think this particular brand is what I had, but I'd assume most whole-grain mustard is similar.
Have you had it before? I didn't even know it existed until I got some at the discount grocery store.

@Moon well if you're anything like me, after having this stuff you'll only classify "mustard" as stuff made from mustard seed where you can see the grit and perhaps whole seeds in the jar.
That bright yellow Heinz stuff is just processed goo.
