     - let's say 6 monitors, we can do 1440p maybe
     - glowy tower
     - blackout curtains
     - tons of led lights
     - tons of old boxes running as backups servers
     - too much cabling
     - lots of desks with workstations and places to build hardware
     - one mattress on the floor (?)
