     I guess the code that loads the images doesn't support IPv6. I added IPv4 to hosts file and now it works.

     @lamp@mastodong.lol iirc those endpoints 302 off to their cloud storage, i had similar issues when i would connect via a blocked ipv4 address but with unblocked v6

     so the idea was to influence the instances that get recommended to me, since it seems to recommend nearby ones. but it's not working :/
