   @MK2boogaloo @kirby @mima it's a discord alternative exactly because it allows you to vc, to fully replace discord you'd need to combine it with something like xmpp or m*trix if you need group chats and shit

     @mima @kirby @MK2boogaloo same, but it's far comfier to use xmpp for text chat and file sharing, i hate discord

     @lina@eientei.org Yeah exactly, people seem to know more of Discord for its voice/video, not the text chat.
     
     Though I personally use it exclusively for text chat lol. Never spoke through any VC there
