@jenniferplusplus I’ve worked in health care & keep contacts with colleagues there and have heard of it doing this for possessive nouns as well, basically, anything ending in ‘s’ like say a variable named ‘alzheimers’, and my reactions are, in order:
1) lol
2) what the fuck are you doing putting this stuff anywhere near health care code
3) oh fuck we’re doomed

But I don't know how to tell them just how much that is a terrible trade that is. Vigilance is completely unsustainable, even if it did save on up front cognitive work, which it doesn't. We still have to comprehend, reason, and predict, but now at a distance and without reliable ways to influence the outcome.
