     @Suiseiseki legally I'm not free, practically I am. I'm an anonymous russian so good luck suing me.

     I've seen lots of forks and copies thrown around legally so I have all freedoms.

     You do not legally have your freedoms, so you don't have them.
     
     You don't have freedom 0, as the license restricts usage.
     You don't have freedom 1, as the license restricts creating modified versions.
     You don't have freedom 2, as the license restricts redistribution of copies and any attempts to distribute copies in violation of the license is a criminal offense (depending on jurisdiction, copyright infringement may only really be easily enforceable after a set threshold of commercial profit, but it's still a criminal offense regardless).
     You don't have freedom 3, as the license restricts redistribution of modified versions, thus doing so in violation of the license is a criminal offense.
     
     
     As a result, you have to choose between not having the 4 freedoms, or having maybe 2 freedoms and being a criminal and clearly the obvious choice is to just not use the software, but of course you value convenience above your freedom.

     A lot of the low-score stuff is just trash, people want super pretty colors.

     also probably really slow compared to a torrent. by the time your IP has grabbed 10k images in a row it's pretty easy to figure out what you're doing
     
     everyone else also suddenly started doing it right now. so danbooru started using cloudflare to prevent it. because apparently tards can't figure out to torrent that > 1 TiB training data rip
