     @shibao @vriska @scathach i am glad to hear that it was good for you. as i said, it depends on the person. living alone upped my anxiety 50% and i feel a lot better with ambient company

     @shibao @vriska @scathach i would not say i ever feel anxious about having to see people. it was more like my pool of stress to handle stressors was sliced in half, like i had a handicap, and i spent more time doing immediate self-soothing than anything concrete.
