   @ellane Totally reasonable concern, but it is technically more than just me these days :) We've got a handful of friendly engineers, writers, and support folks behind the scenes as well — chances are if you email e.g. support@buttondown.email, you're hearing from one of them, not me!

     One concern I have with @buttondown is with it being run by one person. One trustworthy person from all that I can see, but one person nonetheless. Justin, can you confirm that there's something and someone(s) in place should you be unable to continue running the service?
