TL there's a caffeinate(1) command built right into #macOS, so you might not even need a third-party tool like Amphetamine.app to prevent sleep. https://ss64.com/mac/caffeinate.html
@stormsweeper I will probably keep using Amphetamine myself. I like that my session can persist for a time period, *or* until I manually sleep the computer, whatever comes first
@annika @stormsweeper #OMGosh I totally didn't see the whole conversation before seeing it (I did try to but at that time nothing showed up in the pleroma FE, but now in Qvitter it shows with no issue). @annika I had an issue with SuperDuper where `caffeinate` wouldn’t keep the GUI unlocked and something in `asr` would fail when the screen slept (yeah, really) (wild bug?), so I ended up with Coca. What a weird set of tools
